[seek-dev] Summary of query.xsd and resultset.xsd changes:Re: Wednesday call.

Hi, Kevin:

Since we remove /resultset/resultsetMetadata/recordStructure at namespace 
attribute, I think there is no reseaon for repeating the recordStructure. 
Everything will be in one place.
