[ecoinfo] ESAupdated to version 1.9.2

Tonight night we upgraded ESA Metacat to version 1.9.2.  This version 
had a several bug fixes and  registry and performance fixes.

This code is currently in a beta state, but I anticipate that it will be 
fully released soon.
